Trevi-Ann Thompson is the founder and legal innovator of À La Carte Legal Service (ALS).  Having been in the legal sphere for several years, Trevi-Ann saw where there was a need to help meet the needs of busy clients and attorneys for a fraction of the costs.

Trevi-Ann attended the Emory University School of Law. While in law school, Trevi-Ann developed a passion for legal research and writing. Trevi-Ann was a member of the Moot Court Society’s International Criminal Court Team and was named a top 10% Oral Advocate in her Introduction to Legal Analysis, Research and Communication class. 

Trevi-Ann interned with the Family Law firm Ney, Hoffecker, Peacock & Hayle, along with Fulton County Superior Court Family Division Judge Belinda Edwards, before later interning for Judge M. Yvette Miller with the Georgia Court of Appeals where she further honed her skills in legal research and writing. 

After graduating from law school, Trevi-Ann worked as a Family Law Staff Attorney at a local non-profit organization where she represented survivors of intimate partner abuse. Currently, she works as an Assistant Attorney where she performs a range of tasks including substantive legal research and writing for several judges of the Court.

Trevi-Ann was born and raised in Montego-Bay, Jamaica where she earned her first law degree (Bachelors of Law-LLB) at the University of Technology. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and doing phone photography!
